What is the difference between a Huggie, Stud, French Ear Wire or Ear Cuff?
A Huggie is a hoop style earring that hugs the ear. A Stud is an earring with a post and a butterfly style back. A French Ear Wire is a hook style earring and an ear cuff is generally for non pierced ears or an alternative to earrings and can be worn anywhere on the ear but usually at the top.
Do Earplugs, AirPods or Hearing Aids come with my new jewellery?
No. Earplugs, AirPods and Hearing Aids do not come with your new jewellery.
What Hearing Aids does your jewellery fit?
Our Hearing Aid Jewellery fits all sizes of over ear hearing aids and also fits cochlear implants.
What earplugs can I use with your jewellery?
We recommend using Loop Earplugs with our Loop Earplug Earrings and Necklaces, but you can use any earplugs as long as they have a way of attaching our clasp.

I can hear the chain from my necklace - how can I stop this?
As of 20th October 2022 all necklace orders include an adaption to stop this sound. Please click here to view video instructions.
What metal is used for the jewellery?
We use surgical steel or 925 Sterling Silver for all of our jewellery , please refer to product description for specific information about that product.

How long does it take to process and ship my order and where do you ship to?
The majority of our items are handmade so we aim to make process and ship your order within 5-7 working days. We ship worldwide! UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and can take up to 2 days to arrive, International orders are sent by courier and can take up to 5-10 business days to arrive.
